Ken has been with Delaware Court Healthcare Center since 2003, and with Levering Management since 1992. Originally from Fredericktown, Ohio, he now lives in Powell, Ohio with his wife Suzanne and his three children: Karla, Kristen, and Kelly.
Ken is a graduate of Ashland University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree of Business Administration. He is also the youngest son of Bruce and Joan Levering, founders of Levering Management. He is a past board member of the Ohio Healthcare Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors at Levering Management, Inc.
Centra received her RN from Fortis Nursing School in 1986, she has many years of experience in the Long Term Care field. She started working for Delaware Court in 2015 as the Director of Nursing to share her passion of improving the quality of life of those around her.
Centra lives in the Delaware area with her two children.
Mary Ellen graduated from Tri-Rivers LPN program and received her LPN degree in 1996. She has worked as a staff nurse in various long-term care facilities and has been with Delaware Court Healthcare Center for 12 of those years. Mary Ellen accepted the Admissions/Social Services position at Delaware Court in 2016. She is raising two girls on a small farm near Sparta Ohio, where they grow and sell hay. She enjoys spending time with her dog and also spending time with family working on her restored 1963 Ford Galaxy.
Dr. Rajnish Gupta is a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician with over 20 years’ experience in caring for nursing home residents.
He obtained his Medical Degree from University of Delhi, India in 1985 with honors. Dr. Gupta also trained as a surgeon and has Master of Surgery and Fellowship from Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow, UK.
After Family Practice Residency in New York state, he graduated in 1996, then came to Ohio where he joined a practice in Monroe County.
Dr. Gupta now practices in Westerville. He and his wife also reside in Westerville. Dr. Gupta has two adult children who reside in Columbus.
Dr. Gupta enjoys a variety of activities in his free time, such as playing piano and violin, golf, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving.
Heather is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has practiced in many areas of long term care throughout her nursing career. She is a 1994 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned her Master of Science of Nursing in 2003 from Otterbein University. She is currently maintains certifications in her professional areas of interest which include becoming a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a Certified Wound Specialist.
Heather is a life-long resident of Delaware, Ohio where she resides with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities, caring for her dogs, and cheering on her favorite athletic teams.
Donna received her Masters of Nursing Science from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio. She has worked in many fields as a Nurse Practitioner including health clinics, psychiatric, hospitals, retirement centers, pain management, alternative medicine and physician offices. She has worked in the health care industry since she graduated from high school and the decades of experience have allowed her depth and knowledge in caring for those who she feels benefit from her abilities.
My name is Cinderella S. Kelley Kroh and I’m the Activities Director for Delaware Court Healthcare Center in Delaware, Ohio. I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico where I also met and married my prince charming of 26 years. We have 2 grown sons who are currently in college. We moved to Ohio in 2014 because my husband took a job in Marion, Ohio. I received my Bachelors of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University and passed my LSW exam in 2017. I became the Activities Director in January, 2019 and have realized I have been preparing for this job my entire life. Sometimes you just know you’re called to a certain position, and this is mine.
Linda Givens is our dietary, housekeeping, and laundry supervisor and started at Delaware Court Healthcare Center in 2017 in dietary and is currently studying to become a certified dietary manager. A graduate from Paulding High School with a major in business, she started cooking at a small diner in Paulding at the age of 16. She continued on that path for the next 30 years in food service. Outside of work I like to head to the lakes and fish. Always catching that “Big one” and releasing it.
Jana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Wright State University and is a life-long resident of the Delaware community. She has been an office manager for several companies before coming to Delaware Court Healthcare in 2016. Jana loves her two pugs and frequently visits her grandchild with her son and daughter-in-law also live in Delaware.
